Established after the state's will since 45 years, our enterprise keeps not only to the interests of the Bulgarian ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, but also the interests of all branches of Bulgarian industry. Existing through various organization forms, being subordinated under different state's authorities according to a freely expressed will of its founders, Rudmetal becomes a Joint Stock Company. After passing the Commercial law in 1991 Rudmetal's Statute is completely actualized in accordance with the new law and now we can firmly declare that this juridical person form - the Joint Stock Company covers mostly and fully the subject of Rudmetal 's activities export and import of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wires, coal, coke, cooking coal, refractory, barter and re-export deals, marketing research and other activities.
